Ledningen i Cellpoint Connect AB (publ.) har nöjet att meddela att bolaget idag har förvärvat de sista av Cellpoint ej ägda aktierna i Trig Entertainment AB, en post om 8% av bolaget.
Köpeskillingen är avtalad till 769 285 SEK och betalas med aktier i Cellpoint som konverteras till kursen 0.10 SEK. Total emigreras 7 692 850 aktier.
Dagens affär innebär att Trig Entertainment AB nu till 100% ägs av Cellpoint.

The management in Cellpoint Connect AB (publ.) is pleased to announce that is has acquired the last outstanding shares in Trig Entertainment AB, corresponding to 8% of the company's total amount of shares.
The consideration is a total of 769 285 SEK and is settled with shares in Cellpoint, converted at a price of 0.10 SEK. A total of 7 692 850 shares will be issued, completing the transaction.
Trig Entertainment AB will now be owned to 100% by Cellpoint.
